Machining Capabilities

We offer screw machine capacity from 1/16" to 2 5/8" with Acme-Gridley and Davenport machines. We also offer CNC machining and a wide variety of secondary operation abilities including broaching, precision thread rolling, milling, drilling, and tapping.

We welcome the opportunity to quote on any parts that you have available for bidding. We can usually deal with your prints in AutoCAD format but would prefer them just in a standard graphic format (.pdf, .gif, .jpg, .bmp, etc...). Just submit your prints via the wonder of E-mail or use the handy fax number above. Believe it or not we also still accept regular mail at our street address so you can try that too if you really like waiting for federal employees to bounce your package around in those funny Jeeps with the steering wheels on the wrong side.
